1. First, a test team is created offshore, acting as a seamless extension of our client's organization.
2. Services can then be delivered in a number of ways including: Fully Onsite, Onshore/offshore, Offshore
3. Customer PM then works with the Bleum team to define requirements, coordinate reviews, resolve issues together with the Quadra team, and accept and sign off on work products.
4. Quadra Test Manager has overall responsibility for planning and offshore delivery.
